Meet Our Directors

Partner/Executive Director/Director of Outpatient Clinical Services- Dawn Goshorn, LPC, MS, NCC
Dawn Goshorn received a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Crime, Law and Justice from Penn State University in 2003.  She received her M.S. in Counseling with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling in 2006 from Shippensburg University which is a CACREP accredited program. Dawn also received her National Counselor Certification in 2007 and is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.  Currently, she is working towards receiving a certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  Dawn has extensive experience in working with children, adolescents and families in her prior experience as a TSS, working with adjudicated youth as well as youth in a residential setting.  Dawn also has experience in developing a volunteer program that provided a safe haven for at-risk youth.  In opening Momentum Services, LLC with her husband Justin, Dawn hoped to provide a comfortable resource for the mental health community to meet their individual goals as well as work to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health treatment.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, cooking, crafts and watching Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers football.
Partner – Justin Goshorn, MS
Justin Goshorn received his B.A in Psychology in 2003 and his M.S. in Counseling with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling in 2008 from Shippensburg University which is a CACREP accredited program.  Justin has prior experience working as a TSS, working with adjudicated youth as well as working with youth in a residential setting.  In opening Momentum Services, LLC with his wife Dawn, Justin hoped to provide a unique individualized service that is client driven to encourage the most client success.  Justin enjoys playing the guitar, computer repair, reading and working with technology.
Director of Behavioral Rehabilitative Health Services –Matthew Wilkin, MS
Matthew Wilkin received his B.A. in Psychology from Wilkes University in 1997 and his M.S. in Psychology from Shippensburg University in 1999.  He has vast experience working with children and adolescents which includes six years as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant/Mobile Therapist for several provider agencies.  Other experience includes work with the mental health and intellectually disabled populations in the role of Program Specialist, Psychiatric Technician and Residential Program Associate.  Matthew was born and raised in East Northport, NY.  Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, Trudy, and daughter, Sarah, and is an avid sports fan.
Director of Family Based Mental Health – Jenifer Zimmer, Ph. D. 
Jenifer Zimmer received her Ph.D. in Social Work in 2015. She obtained her Certified NLP Practitioner License in 2016. She is a member of the NACSW.  She has been in the mental health field since 2003. Jenifer has been a Case Manager, TSS, BSC/MT, Drug and Alcohol counselor in the prison systems, Family Based Therapist, a Therapist for a level 8 facility for adolescent girls.
She has always wanted to obtain a position where she can utilize her present skills and obtain new ones. Jenifer feels that there is always a reason for the field that you enter and her passion is helping others. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren and her 3 dogs. They enjoy going to the beach every year for the car cruise, and during the summer months they can be found at the drag races every weekend.
Director of Quality Assurance- Kristy Miller, BA
Kristy Miller received a B.A. in Psychology in 2009 from Shippensburg University. Kristy has experience working with children with physical and mental disabilities. Kristy worked as a TSS with Momentum Services for 6 years as well as a Family Based Therapist for 2 years. Kristy enjoys the outdoors, arts and crafts, as well as spending time with her husband and daughter.
Director of School Based Outpatient - Shayna Gilbert, MSW
Shayna Gilbert received her Master’s in Social Work in 2013 from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. She is currently working to obtain her LSW. Shayna has 2 years of experience as a BSC/MT and 3 years as a Trauma therapist in an RTF setting working primarily with adolescent girls. Shayna has worked as a group and family therapist.  She is passionate about her job and the clients that she serves. Shayna also services in the Air National Guard out of New Jersey, enjoys spending time with her husband and her German Shepard. She loves to spend time on the beach and going for runs on the boardwalk
